We’re well on our way to publishing the Salesforce Handbook in the traditional, hardcopy (read old-skool) format but were wondering how much interest there might be in other formats. Here’s your chance to let us know!

Some things are just great to have a paper copy of.
If you’re talking about making ebooks, then here’s some advice. Sell from your own sites with pdf. People rarely want (or will download) another format from your sites. Sell from Amazon via DTP Amazon as they will convert it to Kindle and kindle owners almost never buy elsewhere. Sell from Barnes&Noble via Pubit which will become epub. Sell from Smashwords as they will get you into Apple and others. If you really want multiple formats available at your website, pdf-epub-mobi-lrf but pdf will be about 95% of the downloads.

Thanks for the advice!
I would buy it both hard and ebook. I am reading more now on the iPad then ever before but I still desire taking a highlighter to it. I can’t ditch those old college study habits.
That’s a really good idea for an iPad app, you could make a packet!
i think hard copy and pdf versions are a must. Other than these, things could be as per public demand.. Thats my opinion. Thanks
